Preparation before we talk
I look at your market, your competitors and whatever you already run, so the session starts from facts rather than from you explaining your industry.
The most expensive marketing is the kind that gets built before anyone decided what it is for. A session ends with a written plan you keep, whether or not you then hire me to run it.
There is an ad account, a half-finished website, an email list nobody mails and a social profile that gets posted to when someone remembers. Each piece was a reasonable idea on its own.
What is missing is the decision about which of them matters most right now, and what to deliberately not do this year. Without that, budget spreads thin across everything and moves nothing.
That decision takes preparation and an outside view. It does not take a six-week consulting engagement.
I look at your market, your competitors and whatever you already run, so the session starts from facts rather than from you explaining your industry.
A working session, not a pitch. We go through where you are, what the realistic next move is and what it will cost.
The plan in writing afterwards: priorities, channels, budget split and the order to do things in. It stays with you.
If the answer is that you should fix your product, your pricing or your sales follow-up before spending on marketing, that is what the document will say.
If you go on to order a project over $1,500, the full fee comes off the first invoice.
Plenty of people take the strategy and execute it themselves or with their own team. That is a legitimate outcome.
A written strategy: where you stand, which channels to prioritise, roughly what budget each needs and in what order to build them. Specific enough that another agency could execute it.
Sending the enquiry costs nothing and you get a written reply within one business day, including a first read on your situation. The paid session is the deeper piece with preparation and a document.
Because preparation takes real hours, and because free strategy calls are sales calls in disguise. Paying for it means the session is about your business rather than about closing you.
Then say so during the session, that is what it is for. The document reflects where we landed together, not a template with your name on it.
Yes. I am in Central European Time and keep hours that overlap with both Europe and the US East Coast. The session runs over video.
A short brief is enough. You get a written answer within one business day, not a calendar link.
